50 Speed Skaters
40 Alternating Lunges with Biceps Curls
30 Cross Punches
20 Push-Presses
10 Burpees
 
Time yourself to see how long this takes you to complete and repeat 5 times.  Log your best score and try to beat it next time you workout.  It will definitely get your heart rate up as you can tell from my video wrap up at the end :-)
