AARGH!!
(Arms Are Really Gonna Hurt!)
For those of you that know me well as a trainer, I love upper body workouts! There is just something special about having that definition showing when you are wearing a tank top :-) With that said, I have developed this great workout that targets just those muscles. Because we are using mostly light weights and bodyweight, we are avoiding that "bulk" look and going for more defined.
There are 4 sets of 5 minute sections to this workout. You are going to alternate two exercises at a time and see how many rounds you can complete in the 5 minutes. Here are the exercises....
Round One
*Snowboarders 10
*Alternating Shoulder Press 20
Round Two
*Push Ups with Plank Rotation
*Biceps Curl with Double Knee Tucks
Round Three
*Combo Shoulder Raises 10
*Half Burpee with Spider Man 10
Round Four
*Pike Push Ups 10
*Dumbbell Bent Over Rows 10
Make sure you write down how many rounds you have completed in each 5 minute section so that you can come back to this workout and try to beat your score.
By the way, I did this workout about 7 hours ago and my arms are already sore :-)
