For this workout you will alternate between two exercises for 10 minutes:
So you will first set your timer for 10 minutes and just continue to do 10 repetitions of each until your timer goes off....
Set One:
Plank Dumbbell Row 10x
Reverse Curl Scoop Up 10x
Set Two:
Supermans 10x
Plank Tuck Jumps 10x
I completed 12.7 sets of the first set of exercises and 12 sets of the set two. See if you can beat me!
