Sorry that I was so dark in this video. There was no good lighting that I could set up behind the camera. We ended up on the top floor of the Hilton in Boston last night and the view was amazing. I was trying to be so quiet with my jumps because I was in a hotel room so you can tell in this video...lol. You can work out with me in this video and just repeat it one time to complete the workout. Here is the workout for today:
Set your timer for 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest and complete this circuit 2x

Seated Oblique Knee Pulls
