In this workout you will complete 5 sets of 5 different exercises. You will run through all of the exercises (10 repeptitions each) and then repeat circuit 5 times.
1. Rotating ShoulderPress
2. Mountain Climbers (count every other leg that comes in as one repetition)
3. Jack Push Up
4. Side Lunge with Biceps Curl
5. Swimming Plank
