Right Split Squat with Biceps Curl 10x
Push Press 10x
Left Split Squat with Biceps Curl 10x
Round Two
Mountain climber with DB Row 10x
Pike Push Up and Standard Push Up 10x
Squat with Lunge Back (holding DB overhead) 5x on each side for a total of 10x
