Workout Description:
Tuck Jumps 10x (land softly to protect the knees)
Oblique Twist with Knee Pull 20x
Burpees 10x (can be modified by placing your hands on a chair instead of going all the way to the floor)
Leg Lowers 20x (make sure your back does not arch as you lower the legs. bend the knees to modify)
Jacknives 10x (if you cannot lift as high as I did in the video, just lift as high as you are able until your core strength builds up)
Hip Drops 20x
Complete 3 sets of these 6 exercise as fast as possible
