For this workout there is 4 parts. You will complete each set of exercises 3x
Set One:
10x each side One legged Squat with Kettlebell woodchop
20x Front to back jump squats
Set Two:
10x with each leg up Walk out Push Ups
20 Split Jumps
Set Three:
10x each side of a side plank lift with oblique rotation
20 side-side frog hops
Set Four:
10x each arm for one arm pull ups
20 V-sit ups
Remember to do what you can on each set. Train Hard!!
