Class Descriptions:
ZUMBA®-"ZUMBA® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. ZUMBA® Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!"
Fitness Boxing-This class is designed around a typical boxer's workout. We use boxing gloves, handpads, heavy bags, and speed bags. Your instructor will be teaching you typical boxing combinations and drills that will get you in the best shape of your life. Did I mention it is the best workout for stress?!
Core Chisel- This Class is part of the Body Chisel series focusing on the abdminals, (The core is the connection between your shoulders and your thighs. Our core (or "trunk") is most often forgotten until back pain helps us remember that it’s good to have a strong and smart mid section. ) We also include power moves to keep your heart rate up so you will burn calories like crazy in this class!
Power Pilates-This class is great for those looking to increase flexibility, posture, and strength. Your body is focused on as one unit and a full body workout will be achieved using bodyweight moves. All exercises are centered around your core (center or powerhouse). You will walk out of class feeling taller, stronger, and more flexible.
Elite Cycle- This class is a done on stationary bikes. During the class the instructor simulates a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular class. The beauty of indoor cycling is that you can do it even when its raining or snowing outside! You are kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you and by the music! Its lots of fun.
Power 20- 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of a weight training circuit, and 20 minutes of core work. Get a great overall workout with this power class. Having such a variety in one class makes the workout fly by. Come join us for a heart pumping powerful workout to keep you strong and increase your energy and endurance.
