Owner, Carrie Andrade
Carrie graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2002 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She received her first personal trainer certification through AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) in 2000 and her second certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) in 2002. From there she became an Associate Wellness Director for the YMCA in Westborough, MA. In 2004 she moved to Florida where she started her own personal training business, Elite Training & Fitness Inc. For many years she has worked with those looking for weight loss, rehabilitation, sports specific training, and has improved the quality of life through exercise in many of her clients.
Carrie has a passion for fitness and loves to educate and motivate others on the importance of living an active lifestyle. “I design each program to fit their specific goals and make sure it revolves around something they enjoy. Exercise does not have to become a chore if you are able to find something you love to do.”

Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Carla Peralta
Carla is a certified personal trainer and Fitness Instructor.
She has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years now.
Her energy and enthusiastic personality will assure you a great workout and long term results ,which ever your goals are.
Carla started taking classic ballet at the age of seven and turned professional at fifteen ,she toured with the National Peruvian Ballet Company .After getting married she decided to leave the dance and become a Fitness Instructor
Carla was raised in Peru and brings a Latin flare to her clients through ZUMBA which she brought to the southwest coast .She also teaches a variety of hi and lo intensity aerobic routines such as steps, slides, powerflex ,cycling and kwando to named a few.
Carla has developed a class call EASY X to help with weight management, flexibility and balance to develop skills needed to progress to her more advanced classes. She also has won a couple of “Lose to Win” contests as a successful personal trainer.
She loves spending time with her family and enjoys the beach and water sports.
